Unless you,
the consumer, notify this law firm within thirty (30) days
after receipt of our initial notice that you dispute the
validity of the dept of any portion thereof, the debt will
be assumed to be valid by this law firm. If you, the
consumer, notify this law firm in writing within thirty (30)
days after receipt of our initial notice, that the debt of
any portion thereof is disputed, this law firm will obtain
verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against you
and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed
to you by this law firm. Upon your written request within
thirty (30) days after receipt of our initial notice this
law firm will provide you with the name and address of
original creditor, if different from the current creditor.
